Hullson Partners 2024 Summer Internship

Hullson Partners, a private investment firm with a focus on investing in family and founder led businesses, is seeking applicants for a summer analyst position. This is an 8-week internship starting June 3, 2024. This role will provide a unique experience for individuals interested in private equity jobs upon graduation.

Location: Wayne, PA (with ability to work remotely)

Qualifications:

Rising college sophomores or juniors with an academic focus on finance, accounting, or economics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Team-oriented, positive attitude with a willingness to help out wherever necessary
Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
Interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate potential investment opportunities across various sectors, including business services and manufacturing
Perform company, industry, and market and competitor research, due diligence, and analyses
Assist on in-bound deal flow and CRM management
Help source new investment opportunities and manage new transaction pipeline
Draft investment memorandums, presentations and reports for internal and external use
Ad hoc analytical and operational tasks related to deal execution
